Steven C. Mandel, B.A., J.D., MBA Contact Armed with an MBA, a law degree, intellectual property, artwork licensing, entertainment, employee benefits and executive compensation experience, Steven runs TJS Consulting Inc., acting as a Licensing Agent and Business Manager. Steve’s art licensing career began as the Intellectual Property Manager at Schurman Fine Papers and continued for a number of years as an independent consultant. His work on behalf of TJS clients includes sales, contract negotiation, drafting and enforcement. He also handles trademark and copyright registrations. He has also worked in music licensing for a major International Recording Artist. Terri Mandel, B.A., M.F.A., J.D. President & CEO Contact Terri has over 25 years experience as lead counsel in State and Federal Court disputes in many parts of the country. Licensed in Minnesota, California, and Georgia, she has obtained favorable results through jury trials and settlements in high dollar value cases, sometimes making new law in the process. She extends her experience in limited partnerships, intellectual property, entertainment, employment, ERISA, dealer terminations, leases, fraud; insurance coverage, mediation and arbitration, antitrust, product liability, environmental and securities areas of law to her transactional work, with an eye to protecting her clients from exposure to litigation. A talented singer, who has recently released her own CD, and an avid collector, Terri successfully employs those skills to represent her entertainment and licensing clients. She oversees all legal aspects of TJS through her operation of the Law Office of Terri Mandel, P.C. with whom TJS clients contract for legal services. Jodi M. Chall, B.A., J.D. Senior Vice President & COO Contact Licensed to practice law in both California and Minnesota, Jodi is a passionate advocate with over thirteen years of experience representing musicians, artists, individuals and small businesses in a wide variety of matters, many involving licensing. As both a business advisor, litigator and trial attorney, Jodi brings a unique perspective to advising clients and protecting their business and professional interests. Jodi has experience in: licensing; trademark and copyright matters; music industry agreements including publishing agreements, record label agreements, producer agreements; antitrust law, securities, employment, breach of contract, product liability and personal injury plaintiff and defense litigation experience.
